At Clifford Holroyde we recognise that the Public Sector Equality Duty has three aims and they are to:-
- Eliminate unlawful discrimination, harassment and victimisation and other conduct that is prohibited under the Act.
- Advance equality of opportunity between people who share a protected characteristic and people who do not share it.
- Foster good relations across all characteristics between people who have a shared characteristic and those who do not share it.
The Senior Management Team and Governing Body of Clifford Holroyde will annually review how well we achieve the above aims with due regard to the protected groups under P.S.E.D.
